Technically, Molyneux is a ‘philosopher’. Sure, I’ll give him that.

But let’s not pretend like he has ever made any contribution what so ever to philosophy.

Or that he even shows a full grasp of the philosophical ideas which he claims to espouse.

So yeah, he’s a philosopher in the sense that he reads(?) and loves philosophy.

But if he is a philosopher, he’s a pretty damn shitty one.

Of that we can be sure.

You can like his videos and his show, even his books. That’s all fine. 

But this all started because moralanarchism called him his favorite living philosopher, and grouped him in with Socrates as his two favorites.

Which is a dumbfuck thing to do.

Molyneux is a great philosopher in the sense that Tony Clifton is a great musician.
