michaelangerlo: whytuesday: We’ve partnered with TakePart to produce this awesome infographic about why voting on Tuesday (instead of the weekend) is just plain silly, and how Tuesday voting contributes to America’s terrible voter turnout. What do you think?  Don’t you get it? They don’t WANT higher vote turnout. It dilutes the votes of those who stand to gain from big government and thus absolutely vote no matter the day. I disagree. They do want high voter turnout. The more people vote, the more it validates the government’s actions as having the consent of the people. I say move all voting to wednesdays @ 3am. We should want as little voter turnout as possible.
